Governance

The governing body over Unlocking Young Minds is the Board of Directors. The BoD has the power of governing and directing, and of overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the organization. 

The Board of Directors include:

Chair - Varin Sinha, 

Secretary - Rishi Shah,

Treasurer - Tyler Notermann. 

Governing Documents

The Unlocking Young Minds Board of Directors and all other employees and volunteers will adhere to the Unlocking Young Minds By-Laws.

Financials

As Unlocking Young Minds is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3), financial transparency is very important to us. Every tax year, we will be publishing a simplified financial sheet for everyone to view! Future sheets will be posted here.
