Governance

The governing body over Unlocking Young Minds is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors include: Chair - Varin Sinha, Secretary - Tyler Notermann, and Treasurer - Rishi Shah. The BoD has the power of governing and directing, and of overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the organization. 

Governing Documents

The Unlocking Young Minds Board of Directors and all other employees and volunteers will adhere to the Unlocking Young Minds By-Laws.

Financials

As Unlocking Young Minds hopes to be a 501(c)(3) status holding organization, financial transparency is very important to us. After every tax season starting in 2026, we will post important financial documents for the public to view!
